Our loft apartment with 360sqm with an amazing terrace of 100 sqm offers space for 5-100 people for workshops, meetings, events, trainings, shootings and many other occasions companies or people can come up with in a trendy, bright, cool space in the heart of Frankfurt.
On the roof top terrace with a spectacular view of the skyline you can do some BBQ, in the kitchen you can cook or just relax in one of our lounge corners.
Everything a state of the art venue needs is included in our fixed price: high class technical equipment (e.g: Tv Flatscreens, Sonos Soundsystem, WiFi, etc) and a well furnished kitchen incl. drinks and BBQ on the terrace.
How much is it?
You can hire OOO either half day or full day based on our flat rate.
- Half Day: For bookings for up to five hours (9 am to 14 pm or 14 pm -19 pm ) up to 35 people we charge € 980 *, more than 35 people € 1200* .
- Full day: For more than 5 hours per day (9 am to 19 pm) up to 35 people it is € 1.600*, more than 35 people € 1900*.
You want to stay longer? You are welcome! We also have special prices for weekend and / or night events.
Flatrate for Appetizers and Drinks per person half day € 18, € 26 full day.
Prices for catering you can find on our catering menu and BBQ menu which we are happy to send to you upon request.
If you desire more service, we also arrange it with service employee for 20 € per hour.
The place is ready in the morning from 8 am.
