There is now such a place in Stuttgart! With the atmosphere of a unique loft, which feels like your home with a splendid terrace and view over the city! You don’t rent only a functional room but a place with a soul!
meet.create.play. - our "Studio" is the perfect location to feel inspired by different worlds, in the middle of the turbulent city life, feel "OutOfOffice" and have a creative day!
The Location with free space!
Our loft, ca. 360 sqm (4thfloor) with an amazing terrace (5thfloor) of 200 sqm including a winter garden (35 sqm), offers a space for 5 up to 60 people, it is suitable for workshops, seminars, meetings and training sessions, press conferences, photo shoots and everything else companies or individuals would like to organize, located in the most central area of Stuttgart.
You can go to our "beach" to relax or to the "gym" to do some team work. Choose our "jungle" to have a more quite and intimate time. On the big roof terrace you can also grill, cook and make your own coffee in the open kitchen.
You have everything you need and in the price! From full technical equipment (e.g. big screens, Sonos, Wi-Fi, beamer, etc) to a fully equipped kitchen (drink all you want! BBQ on the terrace)
How much is it?
You can hire OOO either half day or full day based on our flat rate.
- Half day: For bookings for up to five hours (9 am to 14 pm or 14 pm -19 pm ) up to 35 people we charge € 980 €* , for more than 35 people 1.200 €*
- Full day: For more than 5 hours per day (9 am to 19 pm) up to 35 people it is 1.800 €*, more than 35 people 2.100 €*
You want to stay longer? You are welome! We also have special prices for weekend and / or night events.
Flatrate for Appetizers and Drinks per person half day € 18, € 26 full day
Prices for catering you can find on our catering menu and BBQ menu which we are happy to send you upon request.
If you desire more service, we also arrange it with service employee for 20 € per hour.
The place is ready in the morning from 8 am.
